+1 to this suggestion.

I will hopefully solve one of our problems.
The same notice is sent to the patron and to the circulation desk - so some
staff members only read the mail and never closes suggestions in Koha, leaving
us with a lot of unprocessed suggestions.
This problem will be solved if e have a digest noticetxt, where we can give
instructions to staff on how to proceed correctly.
