Bug 33701: Display all tab content when printing staff cat detail page

This change adds some print CSS to display all tab content when printing
the catalogue detail page on the staff interface.

Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=29
3. Click "Print" on the toolbar
4. Note that the "Descriptions" and "Acquisition details" also appear on the
printed page
