To reproduce:
- Open the MARC structure for any bibliographic MARC framework
- Go to 008 - FIXED-LENGTH DATA ELEMENTS--GENERAL INFORMATION and click on the
tag editor
- Attempt to change the BKS - Books subfield to MX - Mixed materials; save the
record. 
- View the completed record and note that the material type is still showing as
"Text".
