Item_found and item_lost don't fit very well with the other types of actions
recorded in statistics, conceptually. Everything else is an action that someone
took -- checkout, checkin, payment, writeoff, etc. Item_found and item_lost are
changes to the state of the item as a result of one of those actions. So this
feels like it's adding confusion to the nature of the data recorded in this
table.
