The templates use .inc files to make the system internal debit and credit types
multi-lingual. So this will only affect reports or places where the description
is pulled from the database directly (which we shouldn't do... but...)

My initial bug was about things missing from the include files, this might be
still something to investigate, but repurposing this one now.
