To reproduce:
* Run sh start-ill-dev.sh (copy from
https://github.com/ammopt/koha-ill-dev/blob/master/start-ill-dev.sh)
* Create 1 request in some library
* Go back to the table, pick a different library from the left-side filters but
dont press the 'Search' button
* Click on any column header to sort, notice the requests disappears (because
the library filter value is being applied)
