Bug 35231: Resolve crash on unexisting patron in Auth

Test plan:
Without this patch:
Logout from OPAC. Crash.
Try to login. Crash.

With this patch:
Enable login in tracking triggers. Clear lastseen.
Flush memcache.
Login. Check lastseen.
Logout.
Login.
