Sorry for the fuss... cache! The problem was cache. Some kind of cache was
holding the old marc overlay rules, after restarting and flushing everything
the changed rules are now correctly applied.

Now everything seems to work perfectly fine. I'm not gonna lie, I share a huge
hope this changeset could be merged in for 23.11 release in such case so that
we can use those scripts for daily upstream updates
