Our settings are:

AcqItemSetSubfieldsWhenReceiptIsCancelled 7=-4
AcqItemSetSubfieldsWhenReceived 7=-3

Vaggeryd library have also found this bug on 23.05, their settings are
AcqItemSetSubfieldsWhenReceived 7=0
