ERROR: Cannot access 'userid' field of class 'C4::SIP::ILS::Patron' at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/SIP/Sip/MsgType.pm

That:

            my $koha_patron = Koha::Patrons->find($patron->userid);

should be, probably, this way:

            my $koha_patron = Koha::Patrons->find( { cardnumber => $patron->id
} );
