I cannot add a new entry, because I am silly^Wa developer and just filled
inputs with random data. I am expecting the form to tell it, but errors are
ignored:

29         if ( !$('#domain_limits_modal form').get(0).checkValidity() )
return; // Do not return false here to allow validation.

I think it was working in a previous iteration.
