Reviewed these scenarios for all 4 dateformats:
    -Patron record date of birth
    -Patron record registration date
    -Patron record expiry date
    -Checkouts, manually set a due date
    -Patron category, enrollment period 
    -Date fields in add to order from existing record (acquisitions)
