As a result of the above, I will make 34990 (functionally) dependent of 32305.
It is in PQA but should not be pushed separately.

Note that we can improve/relocate the code of 32305 but I would recommend to do
that while refactoring a bit more.

Will still add a comment about options to go further with worker algorithm.
