Did not see it myself:

Upgrade to 23.06.00.041  [11:42:55]: Bug 31383 - Split the additional_contents
table
        Renamed additional_contents.idnew with 'id'
        Added new table 'additional_contents_localizations'
        Removed 'title', 'content', 'lang' columns from additional_contents
        Adjusted notice template 'ISSUESLIP'
