I half agree, I don't think it should update MARC fields that are absent from
the KBART eholding local title, i.e. if you change the publication title in the
eholding title, it should reflect to the biblio record linked to it, correct?
But it should not strip all other existing MARC data in the linked biblio, as
it currently does.

I opened bug 35115 before taking notice of this one and there's already WIP and
discussion over there.
