I really like this.. but I'm a little worried about cleave.js. It appears to be
abandoned by the author since May 2020 (with a few people asking since if
there's a prevalent fork or anyone happy to take on the maintenance).

There's an open merge request for datetime support too, which I think would be
important for this.

I think perhaps we should investigate other masking libraries, unfortunately?
