Huh, this behavior is good to know. Though I actually had all rules with filter
"bulkmarcimport", only then changed the one for 942 to "*" just for a test
(after noticing what I described)...

Not a second rule either. It was all somewhat strange to me too, I couldn't
notice anything too special about this field when reading code...

By the way, on an unrelated note, it'd be really nice to have this patchset and
the dependent Bug 29440 merged for the next release soon, we want record
updates from upstream central library, but it's only gonna work nicely if we
can set the overlay rules while using the script...
