Bug 17499: Replace Koha::MessageAttribute(s) with
Koha::Patron::MessagePreference::Attribute(s)

To test:
1. prove t/db_dependent/Illrequests.t
2. grep -rn 'Koha::MessageAttribute', observe no results in Koha code
