The current situation:

Pending/received orders:
/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/parcel.pl?invoiceid=1
Shows subtotals by fund

Invoice:
/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/invoice.pl?invoiceid=1
Doesn't show subtotals by fund
