This sounds like more of a support issue than a bug. You might want to explore
https://koha-community.org/support/

It's probably a data problem but you'd need someone to delve into your system
specifically I'd say. 

If you can narrow it down to a particular record or set of records that cause
the problem, that could help to determine if it is a system problem.
