Koha now offers the functionality to the patrons to add/edit their profile
information from the opac screen. Also, librarians are given privileges to
moderate the user's profile change requests. This is a wonderful feature. But
Can it also be done with a profile Picture, because, now only a staff member
can upload the patron picture? It will be great if that functionality is
allowed on the OPAC's profile section so that users can set/change their own
profile photo.
