Screenshots that show the difference between baskets and invoices when an item
can't be cancelled.

Would like to have the baskets updated to indicate why an item can't be deleted
like the invoices show.  Attached is a doc that show how the baskets look when
the item can't be cancelled and how the invoices look when an item can't be
cancelled.  The invoice indicates that there is a hold on the item.  The basket
doesn't tell why the item can't be cancelled.
