This works for me - the matching rule should be set when staging, and then
using the same during adding to basket - I get 12 items on the record. I would
make sure the basket/vendor is set to create items on ordering

Attaching a followup - while these are set as variables when using
MarcItemFieldsToOrder it looks like they were never saved into the order

Yes, at the moment there is no choice, that's a future/separate enhancement
