We did look into this one at KohaUS - with the settings they are using it
doesn't seem to be possible, however, from what we understood it should have
been.

I think we might end up with a better title once we understand why, the issue
is valid from what I observed.

Steve, can you supply the settings Katrin asked about and illustrate what was
tested?
