Since the last releases actually solved this bug on itself (you can cancel it
now), i am closing this report in favor of:

18360 Interface - Delete cancelled lines
36066 API - Allow only deleting cancelled lines
27893 Delete of biblio with order does not always warn

The latter report should actually do more imo: if we delete a biblio, we should
warn and also cancel attached order lines when confirmed.
Will change that a bit there.
