Followed test plan as outlined. Confirmed <label for="shipmentdate">Invoice
number:</label> in html when viewing an invoice. Applied patch in Koha Testing
Docker. Restarted Apache. Cleared browser cached files. Navigated to invoice
and inspected page. Still seeing <label for="shipmentdate">Invoice
number:</label>.
