Bug 36142: recallsview template param for opac-recall.tt

Test plan:
1) Enable UseRecalls
2) Visit OPAC confirm recall page:
<opac_url>/cgi-bin/koha/opac-recall.pl?biblionumber=76
3) Notice left-side menu 'Recalls history' is not active
4) Apply patch. Repeat.
