Reported on a separate bug (it affects master): bug 35756

This can happen if one of patron's category is not defined in the patron
categories admin area (not possible, we have a FK, but maybe it's NULL?).
Or if you have created a patron category in a separate window and run the
search from the modal without having refreshed it. Just guesses here...
