I'm in my last week of holiday mode, so I should be more available for this in
the coming weeks.

Thanks Matthias for looking at that. I'll take another look soon at the QA
tools output another time.

It looks like Koha::OAI::Client::Harvester is still missing unit tests though.
I think that's going to be a QA blocker.
