Add FreeForm fix from
https://github.com/PTFS-Europe/koha-ill-freeform/commit/9c9da5ff2815fb6ce0af0181341dea5ce8c3bb2e
into this work.
This is to keep this work up to date with latest FreeForm's fixes.
