SeparateHoldingsBranch have two options for what to show in the first tab,
either Home library or Holding library.

This could cause confusion in a catalogue where you have a mix of floating and
non-floating items. 

If you choose Home library, floating items that originated from another library
will show up in the second tab even when they have floated to my library.

If you choose Holding library, mine non-floating items currently checked out in
another branch will show up in the second tab, causing confusion among staff. 

I suggest that SeparateHoldingsBranch is split up in two sysprefs: one for
floating items and one for non-floating items

The same problem applies to OpacSeparateHoldingsBranch
