This still applies, but please note that I am very suspicious of any patch sets
labelled "enhancements" "improvements" or other general terms, as I usually
suspect they would be much easier to manage as a series of bugs with smaller
changes instead.

1) Please unit tests for disable_autolink in AddBiblio
2) Please add a summary of the changes to the "Text to go in the release notes"
field here on the bug

I realize this has been sitting a while and I a not going to block it any
longer, but please follow-up on these requests!
