Tests fail on 23.05.x:

Can't locate object method "search" via package "Koha::Hold::HoldsQueueItems"
(perhaps you forgot to load "Koha::Hold::HoldsQueueItems"?) at
/kohadevbox/koha/t/db_dependent/HoldsQueue.t line 2135.
