It's not working. But others are not working either. Maybe it was the original
intention of the code removed from
  commit 41254a1b64f134ed87c2cd52241c0f5995ef8c4d
  Bug 36334: Remove unnecessary JS code from member.tt

IMO We should not update the header if the form is submitted. And so we could
simply revert commit from bug 34196.
