I think just replacing the markers is not enough, as sometimes we need to make
sure to add a [% FOREACH %] loop in the right spots as well (ACQORDER; *DGST;
...) It might work, but needs some thought. 

I think having nice sample notices is a great first step and then we can figure
out the next ones.
