In my tests the re-ordering of options in system preferences is not being
saved. I can enable or disable, but the order reverts after saving.

I'm not sure what I'm looking for on the OPAC authority detail page, but it
doesn't look like I'm seeing the new information, even after restarting and
reindexing.
