Bug 32707: Add 'ESPreventAutoTruncate' preference

This patch adds a new 'ESPreventAutoTruncate' preference allowing to define
Elasticsearch search fields that should not be autotruncated when
'QueryAutoTruncate'
is active (e.g. barcode).
