How do I setup the database? (I think this means both the Koha part of it, and the software in general) How do I install Koha? Is it necessary for Koha to be config'd in the root HTML directory structure? Does Koha work with <webserver/database>? Does Koha do/will it eventually do <MARC/this/that/other>?
