Three days sound good to me! So that would be:

Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday: KohaCon
Thursday: day off, sightseeing
Friday-Saturday: Hackfest part 1
Sunday: day off
Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday: Hackfest part 2
