That looks like "Bug 9052 - YUI assets installed in the wrong place by
packages" to me:
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=9052

The problem then is that these two files are not where they should be:
/opac-tmpl/lib/yui/reset-fonts-grids.css
/opac-tmpl/lib/yui/skin.css
