You have not done anything wrong (I assume). As it stands, the list of
drivers that Kyle pointed at, do not work with any provider in the
south asian region to the best of my knowledge. Certainly do not work
with any transactional sms provider in India. I assume that situation
is not that different in your case either.

In short, you need to have one written out for your chosen sms
provider. either you can do it yourself or pay a consultant to do the
necessary coding. In case you are actually looking for someone to do
it for you, ping me off-list. I've done this for a few in India and
should be able to help you out.
