</span>There is now a new patch which positions the lang chooser at the<br>
masthead. Users' are being requested to offer their inputs whether:<br>
<br>
a) we stick to the way it is currently (at the bottom of the page and<br>
with UX issues unless the patch from 11057 is applied)<br>
