[Koha-patches] [PATCH] _remove_stopwords in C4::Search had some issues

This really needs scripted test cases to show what is happening (and
therefore why the patch is needed and successful).

I recommend a 3rd optional argument that could be the taken instead of
C4::Context->stopwords so that the test can run in t instead of
db_dependent.
