[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Bug 2773 - Previous fix seems to have been corrupted

In fact frederic,
there are two NSB NSE used in France.
from BNF it is X Y
and from SUDOC b c
So changing from one to an other is not quite the solution, you should 
include both ;)
It is the French touch ;)
