[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Bug 5418: Rev-5 patch new itemBarcodeInputFilter for libsuite8 style barcodes

Hi,
I have made the changes to installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl and
kohaversion.pl for revision number. Also discovered I was wrongly
doing an insert in updatedatabase.pl instead of an update so changed
the same.
I have also made one change to
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/preferences/circulation.pref
from 'scanned patron barcodes' to 'scanned item barcodes' there by
eliminating need for a separate patch for bug 5417. ( these two
patches wont apply after the other was applied. So anyway one of them
would have had to be changed later. )

Requesting you to please take a look and advise (or sign off if found working)..
