[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Rotating Collections

I was rebased off master this morning. Should I be using
http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:development:dbrevs:start ? I
stopped bothering because my numbers were always getting stepped on,
so adding to it seemed superfluous.

The question: Is there an official way to handle db revision numbers
for new patches, and if so, how?
