The FacetOpacMaxLength appears in Admin > Syspref > Searching > Results
Display section. So after an update, systempreferences table won't have
a value for this new syspref, but the syspref itself will appear in
admin and will be editable. It's possible because the .pref files based
'new' syspref editor doesn't need a entry for a syspref to be
functional.

Anyway, I can send a followup patch for updatedatabase.pl script if
others also think it's cleaner...
