[Koha-translate] cvs problem

 cvs -d :ext:kb2qzv at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/koha add parameters
cvs [add aborted]: there is a version in parameters already

What Am I doing wrong?
There is no parameters dir in ./defaults/pl yet.
