[Koha-translate] Arabic Koha translation for koha 3.12 !

Hi all :)
we are thinking about completing the translate process for the koha 3.8 and
koha 3.10 and koha 3.12

I noticed that  , koha  3.10 is 89% complete
http://translate.koha-community.org/ar/310/

but koha 3.12 is : 9% complete :
http://translate.koha-community.org/ar/312/

I think there is something not usual here  isn't it ?
