[Koha-translate] JS translation of brower.js

Hi Fridolin,

I think the .js file matches what I thought would work, but I can confirm that the strings appear to be missing from the po file.

As Julian was the one working on the .js translation, maybe you could check with him directly if we are missing something?

Testing Koha 20.11.04 in fr-FR.

I see records browser "Results" is not translated.

It comes from :
https://git.koha-community.org/Koha-community/Koha/src/branch/20.11.x/koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/js/browser.js#L97

I dont see browser.js at all in fr-FR-messages-js.po.
For example :
https://translate.koha-community.org/fr/20.11/translate/fr-FR-messages-js.po#unit=15323642

His something missing ?
